Grounded People Apparel Inc. Faces Inactive Status on CSE
The Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE) has designated Grounded People Apparel Inc. as inactive due to the company’s failure to meet the continued listing requirements established in CSE Policy 2, Appendix A, section 2.9. This decision was communicated on November 25, 2025, and has significant implications for the company’s trading status.
As a result of this designation, Grounded People Apparel Inc. will not be able to rely on confidential price protection, as stated in CSE Policy 6, section 2.4.
