Hemlo Mining Corp. Celebrates TSX Venture Exchange Listing
Hemlo Mining Corp. has officially opened the market on the TSX Venture Exchange, marking a significant milestone for the company following its recent rebranding from Carcetti Capital Corp. On December 2, 2025, Jason Kosec, the President and CEO of Hemlo, joined Tim Babcock, President of the TSX Venture Exchange, to celebrate this important occasion.
The company has recently finalized the acquisition of the Hemlo Gold Mine in Ontario from Barrick Mining Corp. for a total consideration of approximately US$1.1 billion. This mine, situated about 35 kilometers east of Marathon, Ontario, has a notable production history, having yielded around 25 million ounces of gold since operations commenced in 1985.

Hemlo Mining Corp. aims to position itself as a prominent mid-tier gold producer in Canada.
