Brandon University Hosts Holiday Events and Performances This Week

Brandon University is bustling with activities this week, offering students and the community a variety of events and performances. Among the highlights is the presentation by Kevin McKenzie, an assistant professor at the university, who will speak today at 11:30 a.m. His artistic work has been showcased nationally and internationally over a career spanning 30 years, with pieces included in collections at the National Gallery of Canada and the MacKenzie Art Gallery.

In addition to the speaker series, the university’s sports teams, known as the Bobcats, have completed their first-half schedule. However, the Healthy Living Centre remains active tonight, hosting the Holiday Hoops Camp from 18:00 to 20:00. This co-ed camp is open to youth in Grades 3 to 10, welcoming participants of all skill levels.
