Ottawa Police Seek Help to Find Missing 27-Year-Old Man

The Ottawa Police Service is actively seeking assistance from the public in locating a missing 27-year-old man, Jesse Howe. He was last seen on August 18, 2023, at approximately 22:30 in his residence located in the 0-100 block of Singal Street in Kanata.
Jesse Howe was wearing a blue hoodie and a black baseball cap featuring a white patch at the time of his disappearance. His vehicle, a blue 2008 Ford F-250, is also of concern; it bears Ontario licence plate CD65697. Descriptions from family and friends indicate that Jesse is a White man, approximately five feet seven inches tall, with an athletic build, medium-length light brown hair, blue eyes, and a beard.
