Ottawa Police Seek Public Help to Locate Missing 27-Year-Old

The Ottawa Police Service has issued a public appeal for assistance in locating Jesse Howe, a 27-year-old man who was reported missing. He was last seen at his home in the 0-100 block of Singal Street in Kanata at approximately 22:30 on August 18, 2023.
According to the police, Jesse was wearing a blue hoodie and a black baseball cap featuring a white patch at the time of his disappearance. He is believed to be driving a blue 2008 Ford F-250 with Ontario licence plate CD65697. Descriptions provided by authorities indicate that Jesse is a White male, standing approximately five feet seven inches tall, with an athletic build, medium-length light brown hair, blue eyes, and a beard.
The police are urging anyone with information about Jesse’s whereabouts to come forward. Those who wish to provide tips can contact the Ottawa Police Service directly at 613-236-1222, extension 7300.
