Community Unites for Rhythms of Giving Fundraiser in Pembroke

Green Tomato Productions is set to host the Rhythms of Giving fundraiser on November 15, 2025, at 7 p.m. This special event will take place at Fitzy’s Sports Bar, located at 150 Peter Street in Pembroke. The evening will feature live performances from several local bands, including the RE-A-RANGERS, Northbound, LumberXown, Dee Myler, and CHI, all coming together to support the Got You In Mind Thrift Store.
The fundraiser aims to foster community spirit through the universal language of music while raising essential funds for a local initiative dedicated to making a positive impact. The Got You In Mind store, owned by Blanche Mirault, has long been a pillar of support for those in need within the Pembroke community, providing assistance and kindness over the years.
Supporting a Local Cause
According to event chairman Brian Abdallah, this fundraiser is an opportunity to give back to the community. “This event is all about giving back to those who give so much. Blanche and Got You In Mind have touched countless lives in Pembroke, and through music, we hope to lift spirits and show our appreciation,” he stated. This sentiment reflects the deep connection the thrift store has established within the community.
Attendees will be asked to contribute a cover charge of $10 at the door. All proceeds will benefit the Got You In Mind initiative, which has earned a reputation for its commitment to helping others. The event promises not only to entertain but also to reinforce community ties through shared experiences.
