Among the participants was Jessica Gendron and her children, Haddie, aged three, and Harper, aged six. They were joined by Owen Belsito, also three, along with his mother, Heather Belsito, and infant brother, Oliver Belsito. Together, they brought the beloved characters of Dorothy, the Scarecrow, and the Cowardly Lion to life, delighting both children and adults alike.
The event showcased the community’s commitment to creating a welcoming and enjoyable environment for families. Many locals decorated their homes and businesses, adding to the festive ambiance. Children eagerly collected candy from local shops and residences, their costumes sparking joy and conversation among passersby.
