Sterling American Legion Post 296 Hosts Veterans Day Ceremony
The Sterling American Legion Post 296 is set to host a public ceremony to honor Veterans Day on November 11, 2025. The event will take place at 11 a.m. in the Sterling High School Centennial Auditorium, providing an opportunity for the community to come together in gratitude and remembrance of those who have served in the armed forces.
This year’s keynote speaker will be Lt. Cmdr. Andrew Heil, the commanding officer of the Rock Island Arsenal Naval Reserve Center.
