The Bike Rack Hosts Oktoberfest Ride Along Fox River Trail
To commemorate its 50th anniversary, The Bike Rack in St. Charles, Illinois, is organizing a festive Oktoberfest ride on the Fox River Trail. This event, scheduled for October 11, 2023, invites cycling enthusiasts and beer lovers alike to partake in a free, enjoyable ride that begins at 11 a.m.

The ride will primarily follow the scenic Fox River Trail, known for its beautiful views and accessible paths. Participants will cycle to Foreign Exchange Brewing, located at 110 Cross St., Aurora, where they will turn around and head back to St. Charles. This casual out-and-back ride aims to create a relaxed atmosphere for all riders, regardless of their experience level.
After completing the ride, attendees are invited to return to The Bike Rack, situated at 2930 Campton Hills Road, where complimentary food and drinks will be served. This post-ride gathering offers a chance for participants to socialize and celebrate the milestone anniversary of the bike shop.
