CHEK Announces Re-Air Dates for Santa Claus Parade After Stream Issues
The highly anticipated Santa Claus Parade will be re-broadcast by CHEK on December 6 and December 25, 2023, after technical difficulties affected its original livestream on November 29. Viewers who experienced interruptions during the initial airing, particularly customers of Shaw and Rogers, will have the opportunity to enjoy the festive event once again.
The parade was initially streamed live but faced disruptions due to an issue at the Shaw distribution hub. This technical glitch impacted many viewers, prompting CHEK to schedule the re-airings. The parade will be shown on December 6 at 16:00 and again on December 25 at 17:00. Shaw Communications has indicated that the issue has been addressed, although customers still encountering problems are advised to contact support at 1-888-472-2222.
For those unable to wait for the scheduled broadcasts, the Santa Claus Parade is also available for viewing anytime on CHEK’s YouTube channel or through CHEK+. This offers a convenient option for those who want to experience the parade at their leisure.
As the holiday season approaches, these re-airings provide an opportunity for families and friends to gather and enjoy the festive spirit showcased in the parade. With its vibrant floats and community participation, the Santa Claus Parade remains a cherished tradition for many viewers.
