Leaf River Soaring Eagles 4-H Club Brings Joy at Breakfast with Santa
The Leaf River Soaring Eagles 4-H Club played a significant role in supporting the Leaf River Lions Club during the annual Breakfast with Santa event held on December 13, 2023. The club’s members actively participated in the kitchen, helping to prepare a variety of breakfast items, including pancakes, French toast, scrambled eggs, and sausage.
The event attracted a large crowd, with the Lions serving delicious meals while Santa Claus greeted children. Each child had the opportunity to sit on Santa’s lap and receive treats, enhancing the festive atmosphere. According to a news release from the club, “The breakfast had a great turnout. The Leaf River Soaring Eagles 4-H members had fun helping. Everyone relished a delicious breakfast and visit with Santa.”
