Deployed Canadian Soldier Found Dead in Latvia After Disappearance

A Canadian soldier deployed to Latvia has been found dead after being reported missing earlier this week. Warrant Officer George Hohl, a member of the Canadian Armed Forces, was serving on Operation Reassurance as part of the Aviation Battalion under the NATO Multinational Brigade-Latvia. His body was discovered on March 15, 2024.
