Centurion Minerals Extends Private Placement Closing Date
Centurion Minerals Ltd. (TSXV: CTN) has announced an extension for the closing of the second tranche of its non-brokered private placement. This decision follows earlier announcements made on October 22, 2025, and November 14, 2025. The company successfully closed the first tranche at $207,500 on November 14, 2025.
Details of the Financing
In its latest release, Centurion clarified that the finders’ warrants tied to this financing are non-transferable. These warrants share the same exercise price and expiry date as the warrants held by subscribers. Each unit in the private placement is priced at $0.05 and consists of one common share along with one common share purchase warrant. Each warrant can be exercised for a common share over a period of 36 months, with an exercise price set at $0.08.
The completion of this financing is contingent upon final acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange. Centurion’s management is optimistic about the implications of this extension for their future funding plans.
