Bitget Launches 2026 Graduate Program to Cultivate Future Leaders

Bitget, a prominent cryptocurrency exchange and Web3 company, has announced the opening of applications for its 2026 Graduate Program. This initiative is part of the company’s broader Blockchain4Youth project, aimed at attracting talent from leading universities and integrating them into real-world Web3 workstreams.
The application process is set to unfold rapidly: applications opened on September 15, 2025, interviews will commence in October, offers will be extended in December, and successful candidates will begin onboarding in 2026. The program offers over 50 positions across various fields including engineering, product management, business development, and data analytics. Participants will have the opportunity to rotate through high-impact teams, receiving mentorship from senior professionals while taking on significant responsibilities.
Vugar Usi Zade, Chief Operating Officer at Bitget, stated, “We believe in the future and that’s exactly why we are hiring for it. This program is not just about building blockchain; it is about building thinkers who can question, design, and deliver. Together, Bitget is looking to build the next billion minds.”
To mark the launch, Bitget will co-host a Web3 diversity career session at Hong Kong University of Science and Technology on September 20, 2025. This event, in collaboration with the 0xU student community, will feature Bitget employees sharing insights from their experiences, discussing case studies, and engaging in one-on-one conversations with potential candidates.
Bitget is specifically seeking self-motivated individuals who are curious and innovative, with a genuine interest in AI and Web3 technologies. Graduates who join the program will work in one of the fastest-growing exchanges globally, interacting with colleagues from over 50 countries. The program also promises a clear development path that includes mentorship, competitive compensation, and hands-on project experience.
The 2026 Graduate Program is designed not only as a recruitment initiative but also as a comprehensive educational framework within the Blockchain4Youth initiative. It encompasses workshops, campus events, and mentorship opportunities that empower graduates to develop practical skills and contribute meaningfully to the Web3 space.
Applications for the program are currently open, and interested candidates can submit their resumes or portfolios through Bitget’s official platform.
Established in 2018, Bitget serves more than 120 million users across over 150 countries. The platform is recognized for its pioneering copy trading feature and a non-custodial crypto wallet that supports more than 130 blockchains. As part of its global strategy, Bitget has formed strategic partnerships, including its role as the Official Crypto Partner of LALIGA in Eastern, Southeast Asia, and Latin American markets. Additionally, the company has teamed up with UNICEF to enhance blockchain education for 1.1 million individuals by 2027.
As Bitget continues to drive crypto adoption and innovation, the 2026 Graduate Program represents a significant step towards fostering the next generation of leaders in the fast-evolving Web3 landscape.
