The multi-platinum band The Sheepdogs has announced an extensive Canadian headline tour set to commence on March 13, 2026. Following a successful sold-out tour with Bryan Adams, the band will perform across multiple provinces, making a notable stop in Cranbrook at the Key City Theatre on April 22, 2026.

Frontman Ewan Currie expressed enthusiasm about the upcoming tour, stating, “We had a ball going cross country with Bryan. Now it’s time to run it back with our own headlining tour.” This tour emphasizes their commitment to their fans, visiting various locations that often do not feature on major artists’ itineraries. The Sheepdogs aim to deliver unforgettable nights filled with rock ‘n’ roll energy.

Their latest single, Nobody But You, recently climbed to #16 on the Active Rock radio charts, marking a significant milestone as the second most added track. This release is the band’s first since the departure of longtime drummer Sam Corbett. Issued under their newly formed label, Right On Records, the single hints at more music to come in 2026.

In addition to their tour, The Sheepdogs will appear in a special holiday event titled Bryan Adams and Friends: A Great Big Holiday Jam. This hour-long show, featuring festive performances from various artists including Alessia Cara and Barenaked Ladies, will air this holiday season on Citytv and Rogers Radio.

Originating from Saskatoon, The Sheepdogs are celebrated for their electrifying live performances and have garnered a dedicated following over their 20-year career. Their distinctive “guitarmonies” have contributed to their success, with over 500 million streams globally. The 2022 album Outta Sight received international acclaim and a JUNO nomination for Rock Album of the Year.

In 2024, they expanded their discography with companion EPs Paradise Alone and Hell Together, featuring the hit single Take Me For a Ride, which reached the sixth position on the Active Rock chart. Over the past 15 years, the band has achieved an impressive streak of 15 Top 20 singles, including three number ones.

With six albums reaching the Billboard Canadian Albums Top 20, The Sheepdogs continue to prove that classic rock is not only alive but thriving. Their extensive touring schedule, which has included over 275 live performances across North America, Europe, the UK, and Australia since 2022, solidifies their status as one of rock’s most enduring bands.

Tickets for the Cranbrook show will go on general sale starting November 7 at 10 a.m. local time, with special VIP packages available for fans. The anticipation builds as The Sheepdogs prepare to bring their unique sound and captivating performances to audiences across Canada.
