Manitoba RCMP Seek Suspects After ATM Heist in Lorette
Authorities in Manitoba are on the lookout for two suspects following a brazen early-morning heist that resulted in the theft of an automated teller machine (ATM) from a business in Lorette. The incident occurred around 04:30 on November 21, prompting a response from local law enforcement.
According to the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP), officers were dispatched to the scene on Lagimodiere Avenue after receiving reports of a break-and-enter in progress. Upon arrival, police discovered that the suspects had used a black truck to force their way into the establishment. Significant damage was inflicted during the incident, which allowed the duo to remove the ATM and flee the scene.

Fortunately, no injuries were reported as a result of the break-in. The RCMP has not provided a detailed description of the suspects but confirmed that two individuals were involved in the crime. The investigation is ongoing, and police are urging anyone with information to come forward.
