Cloverdale Market Days Returns on September 13 with New Highlights

Cloverdale Market Days is set to return for its final event of the year on September 13, 2025. Organized by the Cloverdale Arts & Entertainment Association (CA&EA), this fifth market promises to be one of the most vibrant yet, featuring new vendors, food trucks, live entertainment, and free activities suitable for all ages.
Paige Hardy, president of CA&EA, expressed pride in the growth of the event since its inception. She stated, “We have come a long way from the start where we just had a few tents up and down the sidewalks of 176th.” This year, the organization has seen record numbers in both registered vendors and market attendees, highlighting the community’s enthusiasm.
“Cloverdale Proud has become such a driving force of this community,” Hardy noted. She emphasized that local businesses benefit significantly from the influx of visitors drawn to the market. The event showcases not only the tented vendors along the streets but also the popular brick-and-mortar shops in the area.
Exciting Entertainment and Local Talent
CA&EA is committed to featuring a diverse range of local musicians at each market. Hardy mentioned the return of three musicians who have previously performed at the event, assuring attendees of a delightful musical experience. Additionally, a new trio named The Company will make their debut at the September event. The trio, consisting of friends Julia, Taylor, and James, specializes in acoustic covers of pop, country, and indie-folk music. “We are excited that they are available to join us,” Hardy said.
The September market will also include a variety of food trucks, offering everything from artisan crafts and handmade jewelry to local wines and art. Cloverdale Market Days is recognized as the largest open-air market in Surrey and one of the largest in the Lower Mainland.
Looking Ahead to 2026
Hardy revealed that plans for Cloverdale Market Days 2026 are already underway, with dates confirmed. Postcards for the upcoming year will be available at the information booth, allowing attendees to “save the dates.” In addition, CA&EA will offer Cloverdale-themed apparel, including tank tops, sweat tops, and T-shirts, for sale at the booth.
Vendors interested in participating next year can expect application forms to be available on the CA&EA website by September 13. The market runs from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on each festival day and takes place in downtown Cloverdale, specifically on 176th Street between 56A Avenue and 58th Avenue.
