Ceasefire Agreement Under Discussion as Hostage Release Looms

U.S. President Donald Trump announced that a ceasefire plan is in motion, with the potential for hostages held by Hamas to be freed within days. The proposal seeks to end hostilities in Gaza and initiate a significant exchange of prisoners.
