Wholesome Snack 2025 Set to Premiere on December 9
Wholesome Games has officially announced the premiere date for the highly anticipated event, Wholesome Snack 2025. Scheduled for December 9, 2025, at 12 PM PT / 3 PM ET, the event will be livestreamed on both Twitch and YouTube, in partnership with The Game Awards. This annual showcase aims to highlight the uplifting and heartwarming aspects of gaming, featuring over 20 cozy and emotionally resonant titles from independent creators worldwide.
Hosted by Jenny Windom, Wholesome Snack 2025 promises a vibrant array of world premieres and exclusive announcements. The event will also include delightful surprises that celebrate games crafted to evoke feelings of optimism, reflection, and joy. Both familiar and new creators from the Wholesome community will participate, contributing to the celebration of creativity and comfort in gaming.
As a smaller counterpart to the larger Wholesome Direct showcase, which celebrated its fifth anniversary earlier this year, Wholesome Snack continues to carve out its niche. Matthew Taylor, a partner at Wholesome Games, expressed his enthusiasm for the upcoming event, stating, “It was a thrill to celebrate five years of Wholesome Direct in June, and now we’re closing out this special year with our best Wholesome Snack yet.”
Viewers can expect a fast-paced, approximately 30-minute showcase that will feature a carefully curated selection of games. Exclusive content has been specifically prepared for this event, making it a must-watch for fans of the genre.
This December, Wholesome Games invites audiences to unwind, discover heartwarming stories, and connect with a global community that values games made with care and positivity. The event is set to be a joyful celebration of the unique and uplifting experiences that independent games can offer.
