Canaccord Genuity Acquires Carbon Reduction Capital to Expand Renewable Energy Footprint
Canaccord Genuity Group Inc. has announced its acquisition of Carbon Reduction Capital (CRC-IB) as part of a strategic move to enhance its presence in the renewable energy sector within the United States. This acquisition is aimed at bolstering Canaccord Genuity’s capital markets business, particularly in light of the growing demand for sustainable energy solutions.
The financial details of the agreement have not been disclosed. The firm has successfully completed over 400 transactions, collectively valued at approximately US$91 billion.
