Assiniboine College Celebrates 65 Years with Tuition Credits

Assiniboine College is celebrating its 65th anniversary by awarding 65 tuition credits, each valued at $1,000, to learners of all ages. This initiative aims to support future students as they pursue their educational goals.

Supporting Education Across Generations

Mark Frison, president of Assiniboine College, emphasized the significance of this initiative. “Supporting future students seemed like a fitting way to recognize this milestone anniversary,” he stated. He highlighted that the credits are designed for a diverse range of individuals, from young children preparing for their first day of school to adults seeking new career paths. “We’re here for you when the time comes,” Frison added, underscoring the college’s commitment to education in the community.

The tuition credits will be accessible at various events throughout the year, including the Assiniboine All-Access open house on February 25, 2026, the college’s booth at the Brandon Career Symposium, and the Royal Manitoba Winter Fair. Additionally, they will be available during Assiniboine’s Easter egg hunts in both Brandon and Dauphin, as well as the Parkland Business Expo.
