** Putnam Library Hosts Free Polar Bear Art Workshop on January 22

The Putnam County Public Library District is set to offer a unique art workshop focused on polar bear artwork on January 22. Scheduled for 4 p.m. at the Condit Branch, the event invites participants aged eight and older to explore creative techniques using oil pastels and etching.

Attendees will learn to layer colors and utilize scratching techniques to add texture and detail to their polar bear creations. All necessary materials and supplies will be provided, ensuring a hands-on experience for all participants.
