The new establishment, named **Fairmont Calgary**, will feature **225 rooms** and is designed to integrate into the city’s greater downtown area. In addition to hotel accommodations, the mixed-use structure will include a spa, meeting spaces, and **100 luxury residences**. The project is being developed in partnership with Truman and is slated for completion in late **2031**.
