Community Mourns the Loss of Beloved Family Man Brad Noble

Bradley Lee Noble, a cherished community member known for his kindness and humor, passed away on January 3, 2026, at the age of 51. Born on September 12, 1974, in Sault Ste. Marie, he was deeply passionate about his family, friends, and sports.

Noble was raised in Manitou Park and was a proud father to his two children, Austin Kells-Noble and Ashlyn Kells-Noble. He is survived by his loving wife, Lori Noble (nee Kells), and his brother, Dennis Noble. He also leaves behind many cherished relatives, including his father-in-law James Kells and several nieces and nephews.

Brad’s athletic spirit was evident from an early age. He graduated from Manitou Park Public School and White Pines High School, excelling particularly in basketball. He further pursued his passion for the sport while attending Cambrian College and Sault College, where he played for their basketball teams.

After his studies, Noble dedicated over 15 years to Sault Star as a journeyman pressman before joining Algoma Steel, where he worked in the steel-making department. His work ethic was matched only by his devotion to his family, who remained his top priority.

Family vacations were a highlight for Brad, especially annual trips to Disney, where he eagerly anticipated the simple joys like Mickey’s ice cream sandwiches and soft serve ice cream in a waffle cone. He was not only a devoted husband and father but also a loving caregiver to the family pets, including Mosely, Chevy, Cupcake, and Simba, who all adored him.

In addition to his family, Noble was known for his warm friendships and the laughter he brought into the lives of many. His family expresses heartfelt gratitude to friends and neighbors for their support over the past four years, as well as to the staff at Sault Area Hospital and CBI Home Health for their compassionate care.

A private family graveside service will be held at Greenwood Cemetery. A celebration of Brad’s life is planned for spring at Bethel Bible Chapel, with details to be announced. Memorial donations to ARCH are appreciated and can be made via cheque or online.
